At ANKELLO, we want every customer to have a great experience. Because we offer both digital products and made-to-order physical products, our refund policy differs depending on the type of purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are generally non-refundable once they have been purchased or accessed.

However, we may offer a refund or replacement if:

• You received the wrong product 
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened 
• The product is significantly different from its description 
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase 

If you experience any issues, please contact us before requesting a refund. In many cases, we can quickly resolve the problem by replacing or correcting the file.

Our physical products are made specifically for each order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind 
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design 
• Providing an incorrect shipping address 
• Minor color differences caused by screen settings 
• Minor variations resulting from the production process 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number 
• A brief description of the problem 
• Clear photographs of the item 
• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable 

After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Digital orders cannot usually be cancelled once access to the product has been provided.

Physical orders enter production shortly after purchase. Cancellation requests should therefore be submitted as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, weather conditions, or the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household members, neighbors, or your local delivery carrier before contacting us.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method or the platform used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, including Etsy, may also be subject to the policies and buyer protection programs of those platforms.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides additional rights, those rights will continue to apply.
